CASARA WAY (Wellness And Yoga) is the perfect choice for combining a yoga getaway with fun and informative healthy cooking classes and nutrition workshops.

Whether you are an experienced home cook or are just beginning to discover nutrition and cooking, this retreat will help you take your health and wellbeing to the next level. The hands-on cooking classes are taught in our professionally equipped kitchen. The cooking classes are limited to six participants, which allows personalized instruction. All cooking classes include printed recipe handouts. All you need to bring is your appetite for knowledge and fun!

This creative and relaxing yoga, cooking and nutrition holiday offers beautiful villa accommodation on a large, beach-facing property next to a plantation of seasonable vegetables including potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrot, pepper, corn, beet, lettuce, tomatoes and fruits such as watermelon, melon, strawberries and others.

The Chef and Nutrition Health Coach will be Anwella, who knows how to make delicious and healthy food exciting and how to empower her students with new knowledge and understanding. Anwella understands how challenging it can be to find the time to eat healthily in a busy life and will pass on her knowledge and passion of healthy living to you in an easy, relaxed and simple way!

During the five-day retreat you will receive:

  • Daily pranayama classes and two yoga classes to rejuvenate and unwind outside of your cooking classes and feel the benefits of this retreat.
  • A free personal nutrition & health coaching consultation. Anwella will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of nutrition advice to determine what works for you through a simple, personalised plan.
  • 3 cooking classes, focusing on breakfast, lunches, dinners and healthy snacks (1 1/2 hour).
  • 3 nutrition workshops where you will learn about super foods & supplements, healthy eating, sustainable weight loss, how to prevent disease through nutrition, how to detox and what is really in your food. Learn about how food affects our minds, bodies and souls.
  • 3 walking tours in the beautiful settings of Zahora exploring the beaches nearby, La Breña y Las Marismas del Barbate Natural Park or the local countryside (3 times per week, 90 minutes).

In between yoga lessons, pranayama, cooking classes, nutrition workshops and walking tours, you can simply relax in the lovely garden or enjoy one of the most stunning beaches in all of southern Spain.

  • 5 nights’ accommodation in fully equipped self-contained cottages with international TV channels, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, washing machine, iron, and alarm clock
  • All bedding and bath towels
  • 3 workshops or satsang. Subject will be chosen upon demand at check-in
  • Games night on Monday
  • Transfer from and to Conil de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera and Barbate on check-in and check-out days
